About
Barefoot Mental Wellness was created as a space for thoughtful, grounded care — especially for people who are used to carrying a great deal on their own and are ready for support that feels steady, respectful, and collaborative.
My approach to therapy balances understanding with practical support. I take time to listen carefully, reflect with you, and help make sense of what you’re experiencing, while also building tools that support steady forward movement.
Therapy here is collaborative and paced. There’s no expectation to have everything figured out — only a willingness to begin.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor in Montana. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who are used to handling things on their own and reach out when they are ready for support that feels steady and collaborative. I work with adults seeking support around emotional well-being, life transitions, stress, and patterns that feel difficult to shift alone.
My work is grounded in respect for each client’s pace, values, and lived experience. I believe therapy works best when it offers both understanding and practical support — creating space to reflect while also helping clients move forward in ways that are realistic and sustainable.
My work centers on creating a space where clients feel safe enough to slow down, understood enough to explore honestly, and supported enough to make lasting change.
Therapy is a process that unfolds over time, beginning with small, manageable steps. My role is to offer a steady, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, work through challenges, and move forward in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.
I also have experience supporting veterans, Active Duty service members, Reserve service members, and military families. Therapy can offer steady support for service-related stress, reintegration challenges, and the unique responsibilities connected to military life.
If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to reach out when you feel ready to take the next step.
