Barefoot Support Membership
Some clients benefit from a more consistent structure that supports ongoing momentum between sessions. The Barefoot Support Membership offers an option for individuals seeking continuity of care and added flexibility while maintaining clear therapeutic boundaries.
This option is discussed collaboratively when it appears helpful and may include reserved appointment availability and structured support between sessions.
Details are reviewed together to ensure this option remains clinically appropriate and aligned with ethical standards of care.
Session Format
Sessions are 50–53 minutes and scheduled at a pace that supports consistent progress. Many clients begin meeting weekly, with frequency adjusted over time based on your needs and goals.
Appointments are available in person at the office or through secure telehealth for clients located in Montana.
Fees and Insurance
Barefoot Mental Wellness operates as a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
Many clients choose private pay for increased privacy and flexibility in treatment. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for clients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Insurance credentialing is currently in progress. Updates will be provided as participation becomes available.
